ITIC is a student society inventing
products that impact
We combine research and development
to design effective, useful products
for those in need.
We design with a specific issue in mind.
Products that serve a purpose.
A product is worthless if it doesn’t improve an area of a person’s life. Our teams have designated research members that identify needs, and seek to understand how the needs arise, and how they should be met.
We design for longevity and durability.
A product you can depend on.
When a person depends on a product to fulfil a basic need, they should be able to trust that it will serve them continuously. Our design methods emphasise this requirement.
We design to lower cost, to reach more people.
Lower cost. Greater impact.
An item doesn’t have to be expensive to be useful and reliable. We strive to make our products as cost-effective as possible. We should be improving lives, not imposing financial burdens.
